Account and Contact Information
When you sign up for our services, we ask for basics like your name, email address, company name, and phone number. We need this to set up your account and stay in touch about your financial analyses.
Financial Data You Upload
Since we're analyzing liquidity and solvency, you'll upload financial statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports, and similar documents. This data stays on our secure servers and we only use it to generate the analyses you request. We don't share your financial information with third parties for marketing or unrelated purposes.
Usage Information
We track how you interact with our platform—which features you use most, how long sessions typically last, and where users tend to get stuck. This helps us improve the interface and add features that actually matter to you.
Technical Data
Our servers automatically collect some technical stuff: your IP address, browser type, device information, and access times. Nothing particularly exciting, but it helps us troubleshoot issues and keep the platform secure.
How We Use Your Information
We're not in the business of selling data or plastering you with ads. Your information serves specific purposes related to running the service:
- Processing your financial analyses and generating reports based on the data you provide
- Maintaining your account and providing customer support when you need help
- Sending service updates, security alerts, and responses to your inquiries

We keep your account information and financial data for as long as your account remains active. After you close your account, we retain certain records for seven years to comply with Taiwan's financial record-keeping requirements. You can request earlier deletion, though we may need to keep some information for legal purposes.

We share your information only in limited circumstances:
Service Providers
Some third-party services help us run the platform—cloud hosting providers, email services, and payment processors. These companies can access only what they need to perform their specific functions and are contractually obligated to protect your data.
Legal Requirements
If Taiwan authorities or courts require it, we may disclose information to comply with legal processes, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety. We'll notify you about such requests unless legally prohibited from doing so.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We'd notify you beforehand and ensure the new owner maintains comparable privacy protections.
We never sell your personal or financial data to marketers, data brokers, or advertising networks. That's not our business model.

If you're accessing our services from outside Taiwan, your data will be transferred to and processed in Taiwan. By using our platform, you consent to this transfer.

Our financial analysis services aren't designed for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from minors. If we discover we've inadvertently gathered data from someone underage, we'll delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
Financial regulations evolve, and our practices may need to adapt accordingly. When we make significant changes to this privacy policy, we'll notify you via email and post an updated version on our website at least 30 days before changes take effect.

We'll also report significant breaches to Taiwan's relevant authorities as required by law.
